Heather started working in the events industry while in college at Ohio University, planning concerts and promotions for the campus radio station, ACRN.  She continued her love for music promotion while working at the Rosewood Cafe in Morgantown, West Virginia, booking and promoting acts like Old Crow Medicine Show, Joseph Arthur, and Leo Kottke.

She made Baltimore her home in 2005, where she has worked for The Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts (BOPA), Chef’s Expressions, The Cloisters, and Sascha's Catering, as well as private clients.  Her experience includes social events such as weddings, Galas and fundraisers, and large-scale public events such as the Inner Harbor's 4th of July & New Year’s Eve fireworks displays, downtown parades, and city festivals, including Flower Mart at Mount Vernon Place, The Baltimore Book Festival, and Artscape.

She lives in Hampden with her husband Tim and sons Grady and Maxwell.  She is a native of Morgantown, West Virginia and returns there often to visit family and friends.

Alexis Mueller | wedding + event planner

Lexie began her career in hospitality while studying at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, working in a boutique hotel where she gained hands-on experience in event execution. From there, she moved to Chicago to help open a new luxury property before transitioning into event sales with Marriott, one of the industry’s leading brands. Eventually, she made Baltimore her home, continuing her passion for planning and executing extraordinary events with one of the city’s top catering companies.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the little touches that make an event truly special, Lexie specializes in creating seamless, unforgettable experiences. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or nonprofit gala, she believes the smallest details make the biggest impact. Her greatest joy comes from seeing a client’s vision come to life after months—or even years—of careful planning!

When she’s not bringing dream events to life, Lexie loves spending time with her fiancé, attending sports games, diving into DIY projects and home renovations, and, of course, spoiling her sweet pup, Buster.
